慣導(dǎo)測(cè)試轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)根據(jù)需要，有電動(dòng)和手動(dòng)兩種驅(qū)動(dòng)方式，按結(jié)構(gòu)可分為單軸、雙軸和三軸轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)等，具有位置、速率、搖擺、跟蹤等多種功能，用于各種慣性器件、慣性組合、隨動(dòng)跟蹤裝置等的地面測(cè)試。
The inertial navigation test turntable,according to the needs, has two driving modes: electric and manual. According to the structure, it can be divided into single-axis, dual-axis and three-axis turntables. It has multiple functions such as position, rate, swing and track-ing, and is used for ground testing of various inertial devices, inertial units,follow-up tracking devices, etc.
可對(duì)MEMS陀螺進(jìn)行溫度特性試驗(yàn)，獲得MEMS陀螺儀的模態(tài)諧振頻率和品質(zhì)因數(shù)隨溫度變化關(guān)系曲線，從而給出分段式溫度補(bǔ)償方法。啟動(dòng)過(guò)程中的零偏測(cè)量；不同溫度的零偏測(cè)量；溫度變化引I起MEMS陀螺誤差的測(cè)量；采取溫度補(bǔ)償措施后，不同溫度的零測(cè)量；可提供綜合測(cè)試評(píng)估報(bào)告。
The turntable can test the temperature characteristics of the MEMS gyroscope, and obtain the relationship curve of the modal resonant frequency and the figure of merit of the MEMS gyroscope with temperature, so as to give a segmented temperature compensation method. Zero bias measurement during startup; zero bias measurement at different temperatures; measurement of MEMS gyro errors caused by temperature changes; zero measurement at different temperatures after taking temperature compensation measures; a comprehensive test evaluation report can be provided.
